In addition to touring we can provide managed transport services for your conference or event. We are experienced in designing transport timetables, booking services and delivery management, with experienced staff handling loading and dispatch.

The most common transport requirements are VIP transfers, shuttle services along with direct transfers to events - particularly for larger group numbers.

arinex is a licensed Travel Agent, with access to a wide range of tourism products at competitive rates. Additional services available include:

• coordination of any ‘meet and greet' arrangements required at the airport;
• recommendation, negotiation and ongoing liaison with appointed airline carrier(s) or private charter
• arrangement of charter coach transportation, flight management, ferry or cruise other transport to and from social functions
